Tenders are invited for Supply of Beractant Intratracheal Suspension
Beractant Intratracheal Suspension,

preservative-free, in 8ml single use

vial. Each ml contains 25mg

phospholipids derived from bovine

lung lipid extract standardized with the

addition of colfosceril palmitate,

tripalmitin and palmitic acid

The Tender Submission must be submitted in duplicate in hard copy and enclosed in a sealed plain envelope marked “Tender for the supply of Beractant Intratracheal Suspension ; Closing Date 22 July 2022; Tender Reference: HAHO(S)/T/22-D001”, addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee; (b) A soft copy (i.e. a CD-rom) of Tenderer-s Schedules B1 to B4 and the documents required under Tenderer-s Schedules B1 to B4 in Part III of the Tender in pdf format must also be submitted as part of the Tender Submission. Each such document should be saved as a separate file with file name in such format as specified in each Tenderer-s Schedule. The CD-rom must be properly labelled and included in the sealed envelope of the Tender Submission which is marked with the details as mentioned above. Tenderers should ensure that the hard copy and the soft copy contain the same documents and in case of discrepancies between the two, the soft copy will be treated as the final version; and (c) The Tender Submission must be deposited in the Hospital Authority Head Office Tender Box situated at 7th Floor, Multicentre Block A, Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, 3 Lok Man Road, Chai Wan, Hong Kong on or before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) (“Tender Closing Time”) on 22 July 2022 (date) (“Tender Closing Date”).
