Tender Details

An Irish manufacturer of prepared sauces and condiments is seeking to procure flexible, automated bottle filling and capping plant capable of filling and capping bottles with sauces such as mayonnaise, ketchup or BBQ sauces that have varying flow characteristics. The plant must be capable of filling bottles ranging from 1 - 5 Litres in volumetric capacity and applying heat treated foil seals and screw-on caps. It must incorporate printing functionality to print dates and batch numbers on labels, and convey filled bottles to a point for aggregation and packing. An acceptable processing capacity will range between 1, 000 - 2, 000 bottles per hour.
