The public market is a framework agreement which fixes all contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when the order form is issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum and with Maximum expressed in quantity for all its period of validity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2 of the public procurement code. The maximum contractual quantities for the entire duration of the market are defined in Annex 1 of the CCTP Catalog of needs. For lots n 2, 24, 63 and 74, the markets public is multi-attribute. The public market is awarded 2 separate maximum holders for lots 2, 63, 64, 74 and 4 separate holders maximum for Lot No. 24 subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers.
