Eligibility of Tenderer : 1 The Tenderer as a registered company should have a legal entity to enter into contracts with at least (3) years of experience in the relevant business including IT based profession.2 The Tenderer must have at least 3 (three) Contract of single contract value BDT 20 (Twenty) Lac. Details of experience of the Tenderer are to be submitted along with the bid in support of proof.3 The Tenderer should have own/representative office with well-equipped service/support/ system up-gradation cell manned with adequate qualified technical personnel for installation, maintenance and support to the proposed products/ systems4 The Tenderer must have experience on supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of offered products.5 The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.6 Tenderer must be submitted at least 3 (Three) Project Complication Certificate along with the bid in support of proof.7 The Tenderer must submit CVs & All the Major Item Certificate of at least 03 Offered products certified engineers having expertise in installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining of Offered Solution.8 Tenderer shall have BASIS Membership Certification.9 Tenderer shall have Incorporation Certificate.10 Tenderer shall have ABC Certificate11 Tenderer shall have ISO 9001-2015.12 The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 3 Lac. Bidder must latest Liquid asset Certificate (30 days before submission date)13 Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.15 Bidder should have Import & Export License
