The scope of the project is part of phases, the first being the following: La Campiña Data Centers. 1. Consolidation and migration of the technological services offered by the data centers of PDVSA AIT, in Los Teques and La Campiña. 2. Conceptualization and generation of the processes for the operation, management and administration of the new data centers: a) human organization and resource, b) Maintenance, c) Training, d) Planning, coordination and administration. 3. Commissioning of the new data center (private cloud), consolidated services. 4. Visualization and conceptualization for the implementation of new technological integrated services (computational cloud). 5. Zimbra email service. 6. National SAP Service. 7. Migration of the Antivirus management and administration console.
