Tenders are invited for SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF VRF AIR CONDITION SYSTEM

Tender More Details : Petrojam Limited hereby invites bids from eligible and experienced bidders for the Supply & Installation of Energy Efficient VRF Aircondition System as per specification and layout in the bidding document.The selected contractor shall provide: labour, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and quality assurance necessary to execute the work in accordance with specifications.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders are required to submit the following with their bids:
1. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL)
2. Valid registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) (formerly NCC) in the category of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Grade 2 minimum.
Collection of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents in English will be available for download as at Monday, February 3, 2020 on the Government of Jamaica Electronic Procurement website www.gojep.gov.jm. Registration instructions are available on the website listed on the system. Registration is required for vendors to participate in the Tender.
Clarifications
Request for clarification will be accommodated up to Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. All clarification will be facilitated through the electronic platform only (www.gojep.gov.jm).
Site Visit
A mandatory Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Petrojam Limited`s Kingston Refinery located at 96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15. All interested contractors are required to contact Mr. Fedrick Powell at [emailprotected] to make arrangements to attend. Safety shoes, hats, pants, shirts, coveralls and glasses are required for the Site Visit. Failure to attend the Site Visit shall result in the rejection of the bidder`s bid.
Deadline for Submission of Bids
Bids shall be valid for a period one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after the bid closing date. Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm no later than Monday, February 24, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
Bid Opening
Online Bid Opening takes place on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 11:05 a.m. An online bid opening report will be sent to all bidders that submitted a proposal.
Petrojam Limited is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to terminate the bid process at any point prior to the award of contract without incurring any liability to any of the participants.
