Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Biometrics Fingerprint Reader, Wifi Jammer Outdoor Unit and Network Operation Center Video Wall System for the African Union Commission
The African Union Commission (AUC) invites experienced service providers submit their bid for the Implementation of Supply and installation of Biometrics Fingerprint Reader, WIFI Jammer outdoor unit and network operation center video wall system of the African Union Commission. Proposals must be submitted no later than July 10, 2020 3:00pm Addis Ababa time. Email submissions are allowed. Maximum size of the attachment should not be above 10MB.
Interested service providers may obtain further information from African Union Commission (AUC) at the address below from 8.00AM up to 5.00PM from Monday to Friday starting from June 10, 2020.
Service providers may request for clarifications no less than 10days from the date of proposal submission using the address below.
Proposals shall be valid for a period of 90 days. Proposals must be delivered to the address below at or before July 10, 2020 3:00pm Addis Time
Proposals will be opened at AUC meeting Hall July 10, 2020 3:30pm.The Outer envelope should bear the name and address of the service provider and the proposal title
