Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Water Treatment, Cooling Systems and Boiler Chemicals.

Restriction: Prequalification shall be conducted in accordance with open tendering procedures contained in the Company's Procurement Policy and Procedures. We would appreciate for the Interested service providers could provide market value or rate / cost structure for the equipment or service they offer in their prequalification Information. Pre-qualification documents should among other things include: Detailed Company Profile - overview of the company and key staff plus major tasks performed, company premises, shareholders, directors, bankers, power of attorney and contact details. MRA Tax Payer Identification Number, Vat and EFD Certificate, ODPP Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation, Evidence from previous clients other than JTI Leaf Malawi that may provide confirmation if contacted by Procuring Entity, Latest Bank Statement for the past 6 months or audited accounts for the past two years or bank credit facility. List of compelling contracts / orders successfully executed in the last three years indicating name of client, contract amount, contract period and description of goods, services and works supplied supported by LPO's and or Contracts. Current membership of NCIC or MERA in case of services. Proposed delivery and payments terms. Signed application letter for prequalification. Clearly indicate on the envelope lot or category of the preferred item. Failure to submit the completed due diligence form shall mean "automatic disqualification"
