1) The Province of Guimaras through the PAdminO-SPP (502-99-990) HR Performance Excellence and Rewards & Recognition Program intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE PESOS ONLY (₱ 151, 335.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TROPHY, CERTIFICATE FRAMES, BADGES AND INK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TROPHY, CERTIFICATE FRAMES, BADGES AND INK using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and None for the Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF APPROVED NTP Bidders should have completed, at least 2 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
