Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Nineteen Thousand Pesos (Php819, 000.00),
inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Tires for Various
Service Vehicle and Heavy Equipment of Mine 3 Coal Project (“Project”) through Section 34. Small
Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
The goods shall be delivered to PNOC EC Mine 3 Project Site, Imelda Zamboanga Sibugay
within Thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Purchase
Order (PO).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
