TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS- requirement for -œSupply and Delivery of Three Thousand (3, 000) pieces Handkerchief DRR Information Pocket-œ. The opening of bids shall be on November 26, 2019, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.
