REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Municipal Government of Gasan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the item/s indicated in project entitled Supply and Delivery of Test Kits for HIV/Aids with an Approved Budget for Contract of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php199, 600.00) in accordance with Rule IV, Sec. 34 of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act, and the use of Small Value Procurement (SVP) in its IRR, Rule IV-Modes of Procurement.
