Description : The Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites all manufacturers, suppliers and distributors to send their sealed bids/quotations within four (4) calendar days from publication hereof, for the supply/delivery of the items enumerated below:
SYBR Green Nucleic Acid
-20 tubes
- highly sensitive flourescent nucleic acid gel stain for visualization of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) in agarose gels
-supplied as 10, 000 x concentrated solution in an appropriate solvent
- suitable for pre-cast, precast gel, or post-electrophoresis staining applications
-compatible with agarose gel electrophoresis
- compatible with blue light and ultraviolet (UV) transilluminators for nulceic acid visualization
- supplied in a minimum volume of 500 uL
-free from DNAse, RNase, and nuclease contamination
- shelf life of at least nine (9) months from the date of delivery under the manufacturer-s recommended storage conditions
