1) The Local Government Unit of Biri, Northern Samar, through the GAD Fund for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Supply and Delivery of essential supplies and materials for Livelihood Grant (Starter Pack) for Eco/Tote Bag making for ITB No. 2026-07-34. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
