1) The DTI-CAR, through the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (Php 5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Deliver of Shared Service Facility on Food and Analytical Laboratory Phase 2 with Solicitation Number 2026-ITB-02-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DTI-CAR now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Shared Service Facility on Food and Analytical Laboratory Phase 2 using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) Calendar days for imported goods or 60 Calendar days for locally available goods from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
