The Local Government Unit of Anda (LGU-Anda, Bohol) invites all Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise to participate in the NEGOTIATION for the Procurement of the Solicitation Number 466-2026, Supply and Delivery of Rice (AIIF-FA-RDP of LGUs, chargeable against the FY 2026 LGSF-GEF to LGUs), with the following specifications:
Locally harvested rice, moisture content: 14%; 75/25 ratio of whole vs. broken grains, harvested from December 2025 to March 2026, well-milled, no blending with other varieties, without any non-rice element (per actual sample kept at SPMO); no impurities; no foul order; soft, tasty and edible even five hours after cooking. Random rice samples for testing (two levels) shall be selected by the Rice Technician of LGU-Anda, Bohol. Penalty for non-compliance: 50% of price for every sack.
