The Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P73, 900.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RESCUE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR BFP TANAUAN USE. The delivery place will be at the General Service Office, Tanauan, Leyte. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
