Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) through the CAAP Corporate Operating Budget for FY2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Eight-Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Two Hundred Twelve and 80/100 (Php11, 867, 212.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid No. 26-14-04 BRAVO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The CAAP now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Portable Airfield Lighting System (RThL/REnL, PAPI, RTIL) at ANS Logistics using the [insert strategic consideration or procurement strategy, if any]. Delivery of the Goods is required one-hundred eighty (180) calendar days.
