1. The Municipality of Pototan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Pesos (Php231, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB2025-Goods-071. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
