1. Technical Requirements

1.1. Must be capable of satellite, aerial, and close-range triangulation.

1.2. The software must be capable of performing the following:

1.2.1. combine alignment of satellite and terrestrial laser data

1.2.2. generate and automatically classify point clouds

1.2.3. align images in an incremental manner

1.2.4. generate Digital Terrain Model (DTM)/Digital Surface Model (DSM)
