Detailed_Description : Supply and delivery of one (1) new sub-micrometer monodisperse aerosol generation and calibration system to the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks' Environmental Monitoring Branch at 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke, Ontario, by March 31, 2027. The system will be used to calibrate aerosol mass spectrometers deployed in the ministry's mobile and ambient air monitoring programs.
Scope of Work : This Request for Bids (RFB) invites prospective Bidders to submit Tenders for the supply and delivery of one (1) new sub-micrometer monodisperse aerosol generation and calibration system to the Ministry's Environmental Monitoring Branch in Etobicoke, Ontario. The successful Vendor will supply, deliver, and provide all required documentation for the system by March 31, 2027. The Calibrator will be used to calibrate aerosol mass spectrometers deployed in the ministry's mobile air monitoring vehicles and ambient air monitoring network, ensuring the continued collection of accurate and reliable air quality data. The equipment supports the ministry's mobile air monitoring activities, environmental emergency response, and ambient air monitoring programs by maintaining the operational readiness and accuracy of specialized scientific instrumentation used to monitor airborne particulate matter and aerosols across Ontario.
