Notes to bidder:

2. ABC is inclusive of taxes, installation and test run, commissioning, freight and handling and initial training cost

3. In order to assure that manufacturing defects shall be corrected by the supplier, a warranty security, which is equivalent to 10% of the amount awarded, as Retention Fee, shall be required from the contract awardee for a minimum period of one (1) year after acceptance by the procuring entity of the delivered supplies. Said Retention Fee shall only be released after the lapse of the warranty period.
