Please provide us with your best quotation for the items as specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for PR No. S3-MMT18-009 Ref. No. ________ and submit the same at the NPC-SPUG Mindanao Office, Kumintang St., Mintal, Tugbok Dist., Davao City on or before 10:00am of May 10, 2018.
The following documents must be submitted together with your quotation:
1. Valid Mayor-s Permit
2. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration;
The warranty period shall be for Three (3) months
In case no bid or insufficient number or bids is received on ___, the deadline for submission may be extended, as follows:
