1. The Philippine International Trading Corporation (PITC) and the Philippine Army (PA) intend to
apply the sum of PESOS: Three Million One Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Seventy and 00/100
(=P 3, 181, 070.00) (Inclusive of VAT) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of 250 Units Brand New Lithium-Ion

2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. Late bids shall not
be accepted.
3. PITC and PA now invite Bids from authorized/eligible Philippine Suppliers or Dealers who are First
Tier Distributors for the Supply and Delivery of 250 Units Brand New Lithium-Ion Rechargeable
Battery for Harris RF5800V Hand Held Radios (hereafter referred to as GOODS).
"First Tier Distributor" shall mean a company directly appointed by the principal manufacturer of the
equipment.
4. Required delivery period: within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
Required delivery place: Signal Warehouse, ASCOM PA, Fort Andres Bonifacio, Taguig City.
5. A prospective Bidder should have completed at least one (1) single contract of similar nature
amounting to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC of the project within the last five (5)
years from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
