Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Non-Revenue Water Reduction Equipment.

Restriction: Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and in full compliance with the provisions of the Republic of Malawi’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act No. 27 of 2017
and its Subsidiary Legislation. Bidding is open to all interested bidders as defined in the Bidding Document. ids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after bid opening. A Bid Securing Declaration valid for a period of two (2) years is required. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bidders are allowed, at their option, to bid for an individual Lot or all Lots, but in each case, bidders must quote for all items and quantities specified in each Lot. Bids not quoting for all items and quantities specified in the Lot will be considered non-responsive. The bid evaluation and contract award will be on Lot basis. Bid prices should include assembly and user training where applicable.
