The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to purchase and Delivery of multiple 1/2 ton extended cab with clamshell doors and 6 foot box pick up trucks (the “Requirements”), as described in the Contract Documents.
The City intends to issue a purchase order upon award, for one (1) vehicle.
The City may purchase additional units within twenty-four (24) months, from date of award. The purchase order(s) may be for one or more make and model(s). However, the City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for units required to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Section 4.5h) of this RFQ reserves its right to do so.
RICHMOND CITY HALL WILL BE CLOSED DECEMBER 25TH, 2025 AND WILL REOPEN JANUARY 2, 2026. THE CITY WILL NOT BE RESPONDING TO ANY QUERIES DURING THIS TIME.
