main features :
the purpose of this consultation is the supply and delivery of multi-brand gift vouchers for the benefit of participants in the citizens` projects for2018. The service must include the printing of gift-vouchers, their packaging and delivery. "citizen chantiers" gift vouchers are social benefits that allow participants of chantiers citoyens to benefit from titles for the purchase of cultural goods, clothing or equipment. These gift certificates are distributed in the form of a check of 230 euro (23 denominations of 10 euro exclusively). Multi-gift gift certificatesmust include the following information: the words "citizen`s sites", the siarce logo, the numbering of the gift vouchers, the check identification number in the series, the period of check validity, the face value of the check, the name and address of the issuer, the calendar year of the issue, the name and address of the person, the check-postal center or the bank where the checks are to be presented reimbursement by the signs.the checksproposed gifts must be able to be used throughout the french territory during the year in which they are issued, then the next calendar year. These mandatory information will be placed on the front of the title. Gift certificates will be linked. The chequier of 230 euro will include 23 cheques-gifts of 10eurola duration of validity of these chequiers is at least 12 months from the date of emission.les gift checks must be able to be used for games, video games, sound, multimedia, beauty and wellness, flavors, sports, fashion, culture, leisure, supermarkets ....
