PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS:
1. The Local Government Unit of Tanauan, Leyte through General Fund intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND FIFTY PESOS ONLY (P72, 050.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIGHTS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF BUSTED LIGHTS AT TANAUAN PUBLIC PLAZA AND ROADS. The delivery place will be at the General Service Office, Tanauan, Leyte. Proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
