Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Equipment

Attach all the following mandatory documents as shown below.
1. Copy of-certified Certificate of Incorporation/registration
2. Copy of certified Valid National Construction Authority (NCA) Certificate under categories NCA 6 and above, valid practicing license in building works.
3. A copy of certified KRA Pin and VAT Registration Certificate
4. A copy of certified Valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the Firm
5. Properly and dully filled Form of Tender; stamped and/or sealed, signed by authorized personnel.
6. Properly and dully filled Tender Questionnaire; stamped and/or sealed, signed by authorized personnel.
7. Properly and dully filled Confidential Business Questionnaire; stamped and/or sealed, signed by authorized personnel.
8. Copy of certified & current CR12 from the Registrar of companies

Interested eligible candidates may collect the pre-qualification documents from laikipia east supplies office at the dccs compound upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Ksh. 1000 to the National sub county treasury and should be issued with a miscellaneous receipt.
