Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
“Supply and Delivery of Electronic Tiltmeter Parts”
1) The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱ 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Electronic Tiltmeter Parts” with the Purchase Request Number 420251006247-0-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
