1) The Local Government Unit of Biri, Northern Samar, through the 20% EDF of the municipality for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (Php 3, 080, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Eco-Waste Recycling Technology Equipment Units for LGU, Biri, Northern Samar for ITB No. 2026-07-36.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
