The Meycauayan Water District (MWD) has a functional Billing and Collection Management System and manual Meter Reading prior to Commencement Date. The former MWD employee who became Consultant to our JV Partner brought the server to our JV Partner-s office, but when it was returned it was no longer functioning. A new system is required for a Billing and Collection Management System coupled with Automated Meter Read and Bill Technology towards efficiency, enhanced customer service and operational transparency and data-driven decision making.
