1) The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) through the General Appropriations Act of FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty-Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱486, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Ballot Boxes for the 2026 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE), with details as follows:
