Check compliance to legal requirements d. Analysis of data and improvement of the QMS Assist in rectifying the non-conformances seen during the systems audit (2 man days) Assist during the actual surveillance audit. Criteria for Selection using Quality -Cost Based Evaluation Procedure Technical Proposal (60%) A. Quality of Key Personnel (40%) - General qualifications and competence including education and trainings of ISO consultants B. Experience and Capability of the Consultant (40%) Must have records of at least 15 hospitals/medical organizations on: a. ISO 9001:2015 Certification b. Assisted at least 90 organizations certified to ISO 9001:2015 of any industry. - Proven experience for hospital clients and successfully got the ISO 9001 certification. - Geographical distribution of current/impending projects and attention to be given by the consultants - Experienced ISO consultant for over fifteen (15) years and had assisted at least fifty (50) government organizations - Should have full time ISO consultants and no freelance consult/s be deployed to BGHMC - ISO Consultants should be well trained both local and international trainings with evidence of trainings attended. - With minimum 20 years of experience as ISO and TQM Trainers/consultant for ISO 9001 since ISO 9001:2015 is a TQM based standard. C. Plan of Approach and Methodology for BGHMC (20%) (Emphasize on the clarity, feasibility, innovativeness and comprehensiveness of the plan approach, and the quality of interpretation of project problems, risks and suggested solutions) D.
