Invitation to Bid
The Municipal Government of Liliw, Laguna, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders top bid for the hereunder project:
Name of Project: Supply and Delivery of Apparels to be used in different programs during the 19th Liliw Gat Tayaw Tsinelas Festival 2020
Location: Liliw, Laguna
Approved Budget for the Contract: Php251, 750.00
Period of delivery: seven (7) c.d.
Bidding will be conducted through competitive procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (Revised IRR) of the Republic Act 9184. Interested bidders should have completed similar project with at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC and meet the minimum eligibility requirements stated in the Instruction to Bidders (ITB). Bidding is restricted to sole proprietorship, partnership, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) outstanding capital stock belong to the citizens of the Philippines.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by prospective bidders up to March 3, 2020 at 10:00AM, in the Municipal Government of Liliw, Laguna upon payment of non-refundable amounting to Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security or any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the ITB. Late bids shall not be acceptable. Bids received that exceed ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Liliw, Laguna assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
