L1 - Micro/nanopositioning and alignment system SINGLE-SIDED optical L2 - Micro/nanopositioning and alignment system DOUBLE-SIDED optical The contracting that is the subject of this file is necessary in order to carry out the work of research and development for the UPV Pilot Line, with the aim of improving existing advanced pilot lines and developing new ones throughout the Union, to allow the development and deployment of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies and next generation semiconductor technologies. To this end, it is necessary to proceed with the acquisition, among others, of the following equipment: • UPV39 - SINGLE-SIDED micro/nanopositioning and optical alignment system for integrated photonics for the UPV pilot line • UPV40 - DOUBLE-SIDED micro/nanopositioning and optical alignment system for integrated photonics for the UPV pilot line High-precision micro/nanopositioning and optical alignment systems allow the experimental characterization of integrated photonic circuits through the controlled positioning of optical fibers, fiber arrays and coupling probes with respect to chips, dies, wafers, bars or photonic prototypes.
