Tender Details

Supplies of diesel oil and unleaded petrol Pb 95 for the ZGK Andrychów gas station 1. The Contractor is obliged to ensure constant supplies in order to continuously meet the fuel needs of the Ordering Party. To enable price calculation offer, the Ordering Party estimates that the total amount of diesel oil determined by the total demand over the entire duration of the contract is up to 1000m³, and unleaded petrol Pb 95 up to 500m³, 2. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of reducing and increasing base quantity of the order up to 30%. 3. Each batch of the delivered item will be collected at the Ordering Party's base located in Andrychów at ul. Batorego 24 during the Ordering Party's working hours, with the participation of those authorized to do so employees . 4. The receipt of the fuel delivered by the Contractor for the (underground) storage tanks of diesel oil and unleaded petrol Pb 95 will be each time confirmed by a WZ document, signed by persons authorized by the Ordering Party, regardless from the issuance of the WZ document. 5. Due to the strategic nature of the order, a delivery delay not preceded by appropriate arrangements between the parties will necessarily result in contractual penalties being charged, and in the event of repeated failures also termination of the contract due to the fault of the contractor.
