The object of the acquisition is the property maintenance supplies related to the maintenance and repairs of buildings, i.e. the product range related to the normal property maintenance and minor repairs of residential buildings. The object of the procurement does not include hardware store supplies related to construction contracts.
The price comparison of the procurement will be carried outwith the help of the price basket defined by Heka. However, the subject of procurement is all technical maintenance supplies in the supplier's selection from the following product groups: grinding products, fixing products, work aids, daily products, tapes and packaging products, storage productsetc., general products, lifting etc. aids and electrical supplies. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in appendix 1 of the request for tender "Description of the object of procurement".
Hardware supplies must be able to be ordered both online and in stores.
Heka will choose the bidder who performed best in the bid comparisonn as a contractual partner. The contract is concluded for two (2) years, after which it continues indefinitely.
