Quotation are invited for Procurement of Summer Uniforms.

All bidders are required to utilize the Pricing table & Warranty letter provided below for their
submission.
Both forms must be signed and stamped for validation. Please be informed that submissions should be
delivered to the Harekar Head Office in a sealed envelope, with the bidder's contact details clearly
marked on the envelope.

Additionally, bidders are obligated to include samples of the following items:
• 1 x Polo grey t-shirt, (Including stitched logo as shown in images below)
• 1 x Pants Commando black, (as Shown in Image below)
• 1 x pair of outdoor-type Black shoes. (as Shown in Image below)
• 1 x Black Cap (Including stitched logo as shown in images below)
Please note Samples items will be returned to the bidders
These items, along with the sealed envelope, must be delivered to the Harekar Head Office by 12:00 PM
