1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of sweets, salty snacks and juices for the needs of the Municipal Center for Social Services in Wroclaw, II procedure.2. The subject of the order is defined with the following codes: CPV 15800000-6 various food products; CPV 15842000-2 chocolate i confectionery; CPV 15842100-3 chocolate; CPV 15842300-5 confectionery; CPV 15821200-1 sweet biscuits; CPV 15321000-4 fruit juices; CPV 15812000-3 pastry and cakes; CPV 15820000-2 rusks and biscuits; bakery and pastry products with extended durability; CPV 15812100-4 pastry products; CPV 15842200-4 chocolate products; CPV 15894400-5 rebates.3. The contractor will deliver the subject of the contract using his own efforts to the food warehouse located in the Social Welfare Home (DPS) at ul. Karmelkowa 25 in Wrocaw. 4.
