Tender Details

Successive delivery of food products to feed the children of the Secondary School Complex No. 1. Maria Konopnicka in Pruszcz Gdaski, including its kindergarten class, in quantity, on dates, and in accordance with the IDW, contract template and description of the subject of the order. The ordering party will divide the procedure into 4 parts of the order: 1) Part I of the order - Meat, cold meats;2) Part II of the order Vegetables, fruit;3) Part III of the order Dairy products, eggs, food products;4) Part IV of the order Frozen products. The minimum guaranteed scope of the order is set by the Ordering Party at 30% of the quantity of deliveries (size of parts) specified in description of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the performance of the above-mentioned. order level in the event of force majeure. The Ordering Party reserves the right to consider the closure of the Ordering Party's educational facility for reasons related to e.g. the COVID-19 virus or another similar pandemic or threat as force majeure. In that case The contractor is not entitled to remuneration for this period or to a claim for performance of the contract within the guaranteed scope.
