1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of cold cuts and other meat products for the needs of the Municipal Center for Social Services in Wroclaw.2. The subject of the order is defined with the following codes: CPV 15100000-9 Animal products, meat and meat products; CPV 15131130-5 Cold cuts; CPV 15131100-6 Meat and meat products; CPV 15131134-3 Black pudding and other blood sausages; CPV 15131310-1 Pates.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and quantity of the ordered goods, can be found in the Price Calculation, which is Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.4. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment relationship.5. In cases where the subject of the order is described by the Ordering Party by reference to the standards referred to in art. 101 section 1 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 101 section 3 of the Public Procurement Law - the Ordering Party hereby indicates that it allows solutions equivalent to those described, and each such reference in the procurement documents is accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
