Tender Details

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products for the needs of feeding children from Primary School No. 2 in Pruszcz Gdaski, including its kindergarten section, in quantity, on dates, and in accordance with the IDW, the contract template and the description of the subject of the order. The ordering party divided the procedure into 4 parts orders: 1) Part I orders - Meat, cold cuts, 2) Part II orders Dairy products and eggs, 3) Part III orders Vegetables and fruits, 4) Part IV orders Other food products The minimum guaranteed scope of the order is set by the Ordering Party at 30% of the quantity of deliveries specified in the description of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the performance of the above-mentioned. order level in the event of force majeure. The Ordering Party reserves the right to consider the closure of the Ordering Party's educational facility for reasons related to e.g. the COVID-19 virus or another pandemic as force majeure. In such a case, the Contractor is not entitled to remuneration for this period, as well as a claim for performance of the contract within the guaranteed scope.
