SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF DIESEL OIL WITH THE LEASE OF TWO INDEPENDENT SETS OF TANKS IN A 2X5000 LITER CONFIGURATION EQUIPPED WITH A FUEL AND VEHICLE FLEET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2, 000 m3 of diesel oil, successively in batches over a period of 24 months as part of an unattended diesel oil collection system with the possibility of managing deliveries and tanks as well as utilization analytics (fuel management system and vehicle fleet). 2.Sharing in form of lease for the duration of the contract, tanks meeting the conditions specified in the regulation of the Minister of Economy of March 31, 2008 amending the regulation on the technical conditions of technical supervision that tanks should meet pressureless and low-pressure, intended for storing flammable liquid materials (Journal of Laws No. 60, item 371) with a distribution system for maintenance-free consumption of diesel oil that independently identifies motor vehicles, machines and devices and drivers, used for internal refueling of the Ordering Party's vehicles with diesel oil. 3. Compatible software securing the Ordering Party's premises against unauthorized entry or exit using software and devices Ordering Party.
