Subject:-Triennial Term Contract for the Maintenance and Repair of Oil-fired Boilers, Gas-fired Boilers, Dual Fuel Boilers and Solar Hot Water Installations at Transport, Security & Central Services Division Venues for the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
Description:-This contract calls for the inspection, maintenance, testing, repair, alteration, addition and improvement of the oil-fired boilers, gas-fired boilers, dual fuel boilers and solar hot water installations at Transport, Security & Central Services Division venues for the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

This contract is expected to commence in January 2014 and will last for 3 years.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)" or "Steam and Compressed Air Installation" are invited to tender.

Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the list of approved contractors if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
Remarks:-This tender is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization.
