SUB PROJECT 1: Provision of 24 hour monitoring services and telephone support for beneficiaries, of the Act entitled Support Services for Independent Living and Safe Aging of the residents of the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace The object of the contract is the support of the Eastern Region of Macedonia and Thrace in the provision of 24-hour monitoring and telephone support services to the elderly and disabled using new technologies. The service aims to support independent living at home, people at risk due to age, health problems or social isolation, offering personalized attention that can improve safety conditions, reduce the feeling of loneliness in everyday life, enhance independence, detect and prevent dangerous situations. It includes 24-hour monitoring of the elderly through special devices (home monitors with fall detection & panic button, out-of-home tracking and location devices) which are given and settle in the elderly. On the one hand, it enables seniors to communicate directly with a Call Management Center, two-way and hands-free, by simply pressing the panic button, 24 hours a day and all days of the year, without they need to move from their place or choose any number, on the other hand the staff of the center will be automatically informed in...
