Tender Details

The contractor will work with the EUD in Honduras to strengthen civil society in Honduras through capacity building, structured political dialogue and an improved environment. It will contribute to the implementation of the EU Roadmap for Civil Society 2021-2027, support the coordinationn of the activities carried out by civil society organizations (CSOs) within the framework of the bilateral programs of the three priority sectors of the MIP. The following are planned: a) technical assistance for the preparation and implementation of a strategy to strengthen the institutional and legal framework ofCSOs; b) the design and implementation of a structured dialogue between CSOs, the EU and its Member States, the international community, the government and others; c) the creation of a helpdesk to increase their capacities in the creation or consolidation of coalitions, the creation of networks, the communicationstrategic communication, thematic studies and analysis, digitization, among others.
