Tender Details

UNICEF's Private Fundraising and Partnerships Division (PFP) drives UNICEF's engagement with the private sector through global support in Geneva, regional support through Regional Support Centres (RSCs) and units supporting seven Regional Offices, and through a network of 33 UNICEF National Committees. The Public Partnerships Division (PPD) drives UNICEF's engagement with the public sector governments, bilateral, multilateral, and international finance institutions. The Programme Coordination Unit (PCU) within PFP enables private and public sector colleagues to raise funds from donors and todevelop game-changing partnerships by strategically connecting the ‘field' with the private and public sectors. Key pillars of the work include the development of fundraising and partnership content, training and external donor events, and improving enabling systems like donor reporting and programme visits. In this context, UNICEF is seeking a contractor with the objective of signing a non-exclusive Long Term Arrangement (LTA) to provide strategic planning support, expert review of fundraising content, and development and facilitation of capacity building and training for both internal purposes and external audiences including the private sector and public sector. The LTA shall be valid for an initial period of up to two (2) years with the possibility of an extension of another three (3) years at the discretion of UNICEF and subject to satisfactory performance and UNICEF's needs. The LTA shall be a mutual agreement between UNICEF and the contractor to provide the required services at agreed fees over a period of time. UNICEF shall provide specific deliverables and time frames for each task when required by issuing Institutional Contracts using the terms and conditions agreed in the LTA and the agreed rate/fee stated in the LTA will be used to calculate the contract amount.
