Tender Details

Work of the project includes the fit out of an existing 1, 711 square foot metal building with concrete floor, originally erected in 2025, for a commercial-grade kitchen, cold storage, office space, restroom, customer service areas, and retail space. The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition, interior metal stud partitions with pre-manufactured metal building siding, new gypsum board ceilings, roof and wall insulation, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum storefront, bi-fold garage door, gutters and downspouts. Site work includes asphalt parking areas and driveways, concrete sidewalks and utility extensions. Plumbing work includes providing new waste and supply lines and installing new plumbing fixtures. Electrical work shall include upgrades to the existing systems as well as supplying new power receptacles according to the new floor plan and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
