Increasing the growth of new founders Increasing the availability of capital Diversifying the startup ecosystem Development of start-up business support organizations The subject of the procurement is to develop and implement the Estonian start-up business ecosystem and activities that develop start-up entrepreneurship (hereinafter also development programs). The purpose of the tender is to support the sustainable development of the Estonian start-up business ecosystem, to alleviate the bottlenecks described in point 1.5 of Annex 1 of the RHAD, and to encourage start-up entrepreneurs, potential through comprehensive development programs for start-ups and/or the entire ecosystem as a whole.
